3. Return Process

  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return address
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the return authorization number with your return

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
